UpGuard Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard and enable our global customers. You will guide customers through success plans, tailor training, and run regular check-ins to maximize value from UpGuard’s CRPM platform.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing to advocate for customers, monitor health, and translate requirements into tailored solutions. A strong emphasis on communication and continuous learning drives our client success.
