About the Role:

Based in Singapore and reporting to the SEA Finance Lead, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the APAC Finance team. You will partner with business stakeholders and the regional finance team to safeguard the accuracy and financial health of Versuni Singapore, ensure compliance with local regulations and support business growth.

The Impact You’ll Make:

Business Finance Support

• Partner with the Commercial Leader to prepare the monthly performance deck with clear commentary and take part in the review session with the regional team.
• Lead the local latest view and annual budget processes in line with regional and central guidelines.
• Prepare timely, accurate management reports and performance updates, analyzing results against forecast, budget and prior periods with clear variance explanations and actionable insights.
• Keep selling expenses (sellex) within budget.

Statutory Compliance & Finance and Accounting Operations

• Own the month-end closing (MEC) process, including accrual assessments, trial balance review and analytical reviews, together with the shared service team and the regional accounting controller.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, accounting standards and internal control requirements, and maintain the accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Monitor the sales rebate provision and maintain controls to ensure commitments are authorized and balances are justified. Oversee the customer credit note process and related withholding tax.
• Support cash flow management by working with the collections team and key accounts to clear long-overdue receivables, maintaining the monthly cash flow forecast and driving positive cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with local GST filing requirements and work with the Regional Tax Lead on other tax matters.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are complete and compliant, and responding to audit queries.
• Undertake other duties as required.

The Skills and Knowledge You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; a professional certification such as Intermediate Accountant, CPA or ACCA is preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting policies and tax regulations, with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; hands‑on SAP experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.
