Marketing Manager (Early Childhood/ Branding) [EL]

Job Summary

Drive impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence, deepen customer engagement and support business growth. This role spans digital, social, content and offline marketing, with ownership across campaign planning, execution, performance optimisation and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO/SEM, email and website content.
• Shape social media strategy and content planning across key brand platforms.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate data into practical recommendations for optimisation.
• Champion a consistent brand voice and customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
• Support senior marketing leadership on brand development, customer engagement and innovative marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience in a brand, agency or related environment.
• Strong track record in integrated and digital marketing campaign management.
• Experience with social media, content strategy, digital analytics and performance marketing.
• Exposure to multi-brand environments or education-related marketing is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and passionate about building meaningful brands.
