Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, expand market presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients and business partners.

• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• Prepare marketing reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is a must.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in marketing or a related field.

• Good knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, and digital marketing.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
