Job Scope

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to promote the Company‚Äôs M&E construction capabilities and services.




• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and other industry stakeholders.




• Support proposals, tenders, company presentations, profiles and other marketing materials.




• Coordinate corporate events, networking activities, client engagement and marketing campaigns.




• Maintain up-to-date records of clients, business contacts, project opportunities and market intelligence.




• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market developments to identify potential opportunities.




• Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations teams to support business initiatives.




• Prepare project case studies, corporate communications and marketing content while ensuring consistent company branding.




• Provide market insights and recommendations to management and support strategic projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.




• At least 4-5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience, with construction/M&E industry experience mandatory.




• Strong understanding of the Singapore construction and M&E industry and its key stakeholders.




• Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
