Benefits Account Manager – Client Service & Claims

Brown & Brown, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a service-focused Employee Benefits Account Specialist to support administration of benefits policies and assist production goals.

You will participate in client meetings, enrollment, and service meetings, handling inquiries, enrollment issues, and carrier billing discrepancies. The role requires excellent communication, ability to liaise with carriers, members, and providers, and to stay current on HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and related laws.
