Most entry-level sales jobs have you pitching software to people who don’t want it. At ACP Productions, you’ll call VPs and C-suite leaders at companies like Google, Apple, SpaceX, United Healthcare, Centene, Kaiser Permanente, ST. Jude, and Amazon to invite them to private, invite-only executive Fusions they actually want to attend.
No tradeshow floors. No booths. No forced “speed dating” with vendors. Just small groups of senior leaders, peer-led sessions, and real conversations at top hotels. Delegates from Honeywell, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tenet Health, LexisNexis, and XPO Logistics have told us it’s one of the few conferences worth their time. That’s what you’re selling, and it makes the phone a lot easier to pick up.
It’s still $ALE$. You’ll make a high volume of calls and hear “no” every day. But you’ll build your skills on conversations that matter, with people most entry-level reps never get to talk to.
Why ACP
Our founder, Al Carlson, didn’t start with a fancy degree. His first commission check came from selling a $1,400 vacuum, and he built ACP from the ground up. We’re a minority-owned company that hires for drive and coachability, then teaches the rest.
$50K guaranteed base + uncapped commission, no territory limits. $85K+ OTE in year one. Our top rep earns $350K+.
✈️ All-expenses-paid travel to our events at venues like the Ritz-Carlton in Miami, The Camby in Phoenix, and The Westin Stonebriar Golf Resort and Spa, or the Omni Las Colinas Hotels in Dallas.
Performance reviews every 30 days and a clear path from Rep → Director → VP. Our current leaders started as reps.
Paid training with weekly 1:1 coaching from our President, plus a 100K+ lead database, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Claude for Business, and an auto-dialer.
Hybrid after 2–3 months (3 days in our Woodridge office, 2 from home), PTO, and medical benefits.
What the job really looks like
You’ll spend most of your day on the phone, backed by personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach. You’ll have clear daily activity goals, live conversations with decision-makers every week, and a manager who tells you exactly where you stand every 30 days. If you want structure, feedback, and a scoreboard, you’ll like it here. If you want a slow pace, this isn’t it.
You might be a fit if you’re
- A recent grad, a former college athlete, coming from hospitality or retail, or already in sales and tired of a capped plan. Experience matters less than this: you’re competitive, coachable, comfortable on the phone, and you don’t take “no” personally.
