Full-Time Sales Leader

Role Description The Full-Time Sales Leader at Aerie in Franklin, TN is an on-site role responsible for driving store sales and delivering an inspiring, inclusive customer experience. This position leads by example on the sales floor, engaging customers, promoting Aerie products, and supporting the brand’s #AerieREAL values. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and motivating team members, supporting product placement and visual standards, monitoring key performance metrics, and assisting with store operations such as opening/closing procedures. The Sales Leader partners with store leadership to implement sales strategies, ensure high service standards, and contribute to a positive, results-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear, respectful verbal and written interactions with customers and team members.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive, and solution-oriented experiences.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including product knowledge, upselling, and achieving performance targets.
• Experience in Training team members on service standards, product knowledge, and selling behaviors.
• Background in Sales Management or team leadership, including coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Ability to work a full-time, on-site schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in store operations.
• Previous retail or apparel experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
