Job Summary:
This role will focus on expanding and optimizing offline paid marketing initiatives, specifically in Connected TV, Over-The-Top, Linear TV, and Audio channels. You will be instrumental in acquiring new members and driving revenue growth by managing campaigns from conception to completion with agency partners and internal teams. This position offers a dynamic environment to contribute significantly to the company’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale paid offline marketing campaigns.
- Support daily operations and special projects for offline media.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
- Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with media agencies and internal partners on campaign strategy.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with offline media channels (CTV, OTT, Linear, Audio).
- Strong analytical skills for performance measurement.
- Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is preferred.
