As a Field Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our mission to enable seniors to “age in place” with dignity and independence.

About the Role:

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the Atlanta community. You will work closely with our care team to educate seniors and their families about our services and the benefits of in-home care. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to identify potential clients and referral sources

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living facilities, and other stakeholders

• Provide educational presentations and workshops to seniors and their families about our services and benefits

• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote our brand and services

• Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions

• Track and report on marketing metrics and outcomes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other marketing software
