Performance Marketing Manager

This organization is at the forefront of digital commerce and continues to expand the reach of its consumer membership offerings through strategic, data driven marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager for a 3 month, full time contract opportunity onsite in Seattle, WA . This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing programs designed to drive net new member acquisition across paid and owned channels. You will partner with product, paid media, creative, analytics, and agency teams to deliver measurable acquisition growth while improving cost efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, display, DSP, and owned channels.
  • Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets including signups, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Partner with paid media and agency teams to launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and test creative, messaging, audience, and targeting strategies to improve conversion.
  • Build measurement frameworks, report on key performance indicators, and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with product and analytics teams to identify new acquisition opportunities and high potential audience segments.
  • Manage budget forecasting and pacing and contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on customer acquisition and performance marketing .
  • Hands on experience managing paid social, paid search, and programmatic or DSP campaigns .
  • Proven experience owning marketing budgets and delivering against measurable growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion, and signups .
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use data to guide campaign decisions and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with subscription or membership growth marketing .
  • Familiarity with DSP advertising and cross channel media planning.
  • Experience with A/B testing and incrementality measurement .
  • Experience developing and testing creative, messaging, and audience strategies.
  • Experience partnering with creative and agency teams at scale.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
