Director of Customer Onboarding & Experience

Arival Bank is seeking an experienced Head of Onboarding to lead and enhance the end-to-end onboarding for business and individual clients. This role oversees the Onboarding team and partners with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Experience to ensure high-quality, compliant, and scalable processes.

The successful candidate will drive efficiency, reduce delays, and support audits while maintaining independent Compliance decision-making authority.
