Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst(Only w2)

Location: Trenton, NJ – local to NJ

Experience Required: 12+ Years

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM 2016
• Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and development
• C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server
• Dynamics CRM entities, tables, forms, views, and business process flows
• Out-of-the-box and custom workflows
• xRM framework and custom applications
• XrmToolBox, plug-ins, and Ribbon Workbench
• REST/OData, SOAP endpoints, CRM APIs, and web services
• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration
• CRM security configuration, including business units, roles, teams, and web roles
• SSRS reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting
• Requirements analysis, data modeling, migration mapping, and test case development

Preferred Skills:

• Dynamics 365 Field Operations modules
• Four-year degree
• Experience in healthcare or government environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, develop, configure, and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM platform
• Design CRM solutions using native capabilities and custom development where required
• Collaborate with business users to identify requirements and improve business processes
• Develop integrations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom applications
• Review data structures and support legacy data migration
• Maintain requirements, change requests, project documentation, and technical guidelines
• Create test cases, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders
