Customer Success Manager

Our client is a tech firm located in NYC and they are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage current and potential clients utilizing various sales methods.
• Gain a clear understanding of clients’ overall business strategies and communicate with the design team to develop a solution-based plan based on the client’s needs.
• Develop specific strategies to identify and address the client’s needs, while staying ahead of new opportunities to help align the client’s future requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to promote outstanding client service.
• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions including price, payment terms, and deliverables.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalation requests.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an Account Management/Customer Success/Client Development role, in a consultative, solution-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SaaS experience is strongly preferred
• Able to review and track new opportunities for the organization..
• Able to work on simultaneous projects and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Strong business, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
