Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant

Denver, CO (Hybrid) or Remote (U.S.)

Base Salary: Up to $150,000 + 10–15% Bonus

Bell & Associates, Inc. is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed financial services and investment management organization seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst + ACCOUNTANT BACKGROUND to join its finance team.

This is a highly visible role working directly alongside the Deputy CFO, combining hands-on accounting expertise with financial planning, reporting, and analytical responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Partner with accounting leadership to ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and meaningful.
• Analyze financial results, identify discrepancies, and explain performance against projections.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Work closely with a dedicated data team to translate financial information into actionable insights.
• Support commission analysis, investment reporting, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in a growing, evolving organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5+ years of progressive accounting AND financial analysis experience.
• Strong accounting foundation with hands-on FP&A capabilities.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand the story behind the numbers.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Power BI, or M&A is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA is a plus, not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $150K.
• Bonus eligible, historically around 10–15%.
