About BluePill AI
BluePill AI is transforming how consumer brands understand their customers and make business decisions.
We build AI Consumer Twins from real consumer research, enabling brands to understand their audiences, explore buying behavior, and test products, packaging, claims, and marketing ideas in minutes instead of weeks.
We’re already working with brands including Kettle & Fire, MALK, Gaia Herbs, and Magic Spoon, and we’re growing fast.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an outgoing, ambitious, and exceptionally organized Business Development & Partnerships Associate to work directly with our founder and help drive BluePill’s growth.
This is a unique role combining relationship building, event networking, business development, and sales execution.
You’ll be the person making connections at industry events, opening doors with senior executives, and ensuring every promising conversation turns into a real business opportunity.
Our founder will lead key sales conversations and close deals. Your job is to create those opportunities and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable striking up a conversation with a CMO at a conference and meticulously following up on every detail afterward.
What You’ll Do
1. Represent BluePill at Industry Events
- Attend major CPG, marketing, innovation, and consumer insights conferences across the country.
- Build relationships with brand leaders, decision-makers, and potential partners.
- Proactively identify target attendees, arrange meetings, and maximize every event.
- Own pre-event outreach, on-site networking, and post-event follow-up.
- Help organize private dinners, networking events, webinars, and other relationship-building initiatives.
2. Build the Sales Pipeline
- Identify and connect with prospective customers through events, LinkedIn, email, introductions, and targeted outreach.
- Turn conversations into qualified meetings for the founder.
- Develop relationships with prospects and maintain engagement over time.
- Think creatively about how to get in front of the right people and open new doors.
3. Drive Relentless Sales Follow-Through
- Take ownership of follow-ups after founder-led sales calls and demos.
- Draft compelling, personalized emails, share materials, coordinate next steps, and keep deals moving.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track every opportunity, and ensure no promising lead goes cold.
- Proactively flag stalled conversations and find ways to re-engage prospects.
- Keep the founder organized and focused on the highest-value sales opportunities.
4. Create Sales & Marketing Materials
- Create and customize pitch decks, one-pagers, customer case studies, and sales collateral.
- Develop brand-specific outreach materials and presentations.
- Help prepare compelling demos, proposals, and executive meeting materials.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, personalization, content creation, and sales workflows.
5. Help Build Our Go-to-Market Engine
- Track event effectiveness, pipeline generation, conversion, and follow-up performance.
- Improve how we manage events, prospects, partnerships, and sales opportunities.
- Experiment with new approaches to generating leads and engaging potential customers.
- Take ownership of the details that make a growing sales organization successful.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, field marketing, or a related role.
- A natural relationship builder: You’re outgoing, confident, personable, and genuinely enjoy meeting new people.
- A relentless executor: You follow through, pay attention to details, and don’t need reminders to get things done.
- Excellent communicator: You can engage comfortably with senior executives and write thoughtful, persuasive emails.
- Highly resourceful: You find creative ways to connect with people and overcome obstacles.
- Extremely organized: You can manage dozens of active conversations and always know the next step.
- Comfortable with AI and technology: You enjoy using modern tools to work faster and smarter.
- Willing to travel: You enjoy attending conferences, networking dinners, and industry events.
Experience in SaaS, AI, market research, or the CPG industry is a plus, but not required.
