Do you have hands-on experience in Influencer/KOL Marketing, social media, and campaign performance analysis?

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a global AI-powered influencer marketing platform working with leading consumer brands, particularly across fashion, beauty, and e-commerce.

United States – East Coast preferred

Full-time | Remote

What you’ll be doing

‚ú® Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients

‚ú® Support brands with influencer/KOL campaign planning and execution

‚ú® Work with KOL discovery, creator selection, and campaign management

‚ú® Monitor and analyse social media and influencer performance data

‚ú® Evaluate campaign results and turn data into actionable insights

‚ú® Lead client onboarding, training, and product demonstrations

‚ú® Help clients maximise the value of an AI-powered influencer marketing platform

‚ú® Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and other internal teams

We’re particularly interested in candidates with:

✔️ 2+ years of relevant experience

✔️ Experience in the livestreaming, social media, influencer marketing, or creator economy

✔️ Hands-on experience with KOL/influencer management

✔️ Experience managing social media channels or influencer campaigns

✔️ Understanding of social media analytics, campaign performance tracking, and digital marketing data

✔️ Strong client and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Fluent English

✔️ Based in the United States and fully authorised to work in the U.S.

⭐ Experience working with marketing/social media agencies or consumer brands such as fashion, beauty, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
