Social Media Marketing Manager

About Ludo:

Ludo designs and manufactures panelized building kits out of our factory in Hamden, CT, in partnership with our Swedish parent company, Lundqvist Trävaru. Framing, sheathing, windows, doors, and siding arrive finished and go up in days, not months. We’ve delivered to 14 states, with projects lined up across the country.

The role:

Social has been our strongest channel by far, led by Instagram at 161K followers with a six-figure ad budget behind it, and we’re comfortable increasing that significantly. It has grown past what our founder can steer properly on his own, so we’re looking for one person to own it.

What you’ll do:

– Own content strategy and production across our social channels, with Instagram as the primary focus

– Run paid social: budget allocation, targeting, creative testing, and performance

– Grow the audience and turn followers into actual project inquiries

– Report on what’s working and where the next dollar should go

– Work directly with our founder and our design and production teams to pull story material from real builds

Who you are:

– You’ve run social for a brand with a real product behind it, ideally in design, architecture, construction, home goods, or a similar space

– You’ve personally owned a paid social budget, not just boosted posts. Comfortable in Ads Manager and comfortable reading the numbers

– You can do both sides: make the content and interpret the performance

– Hands-on. We’re a small team, so this is a build-it role, not a manage-an-agency role

– Bonus: video editing, or experience marketing high-consideration, large-ticket purchases
