What you will do
- Develop and execute the PR plan and shared editorial calendar around company news, launches, customer stories, executive commentary and events; identify timely technology stories and communications risks.

- Develop executive points of view and pursue commentary, speaking engagements, podcasts, awards and contributed content; respond to industry news with consistent messaging.
- Manage agencies, priorities, deliverables and deadlines. Coordinate marketing, sales, customer success, technical experts and global stakeholders, including reviews and approvals.
- Measure coverage quality, message penetration, competitive visibility, executive positioning and audience reach. Recommend improvements and track how search and AI-generated answers affect buyer perceptions.

- Experience working with senior executives, preparing spokespeople and managing PR agencies or communications partners.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling that makes technical concepts understandable to business and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong project management and sound judgment: manage competing priorities, align stakeholders and drive execution.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to recommend priorities, challenge weak ideas and help teams make decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
Preferred experience
- Relationships with journalists covering enterprise technology, AI, cloud, IT operations, observability or automation.
- Global communications, distributed executive teams, analyst relations, executive social media, awards or speaking programs.
