Search Marketing Manager – Google Ads Coordinator 

We’re looking for a driven and client-focused Google Ads Coordinator who’s excited to help small businesses grow through smart, high-impact digital advertising. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and lead the charge on strategic Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Local Services. You’ll play a key role in not only driving performance, but also helping expand the reach of our growing Google Ads division.

For a Google Ads Coordinator, a typical day might look like…

• Building, launching, and managing goal-oriented Google Ads campaigns
• Continuously optimizing ads, bids, targeting, and landing pages to drive better results
• Checking tags in Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and performance reporting
• Communicating directly with your clients—guiding them through their campaign success
• Preparing and presenting clear, data-driven performance reports
• Collaborating with Sales and Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities and support new proposals

• You have 1–2+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, or Local Services)
• You’re certified in Google Ads—or ready to get certified right away
• You’re growth-minded and excited by the potential to build your own book of business

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $45,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to $25,000+ annually through client retention, upsells, and team performance
• Total Comp Range: $48,000–$70,000 annually

Top performers may be eligible for promotion to Senior Coordinator within two years—with higher bonuses and added leadership opportunities.
