What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales goals, strengthening existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and collaboration with technical teams to address customer needs and product applications.
  • Identify and pursue new prospects, nurture leads, and represent our products and capabilities at industry trade shows and seminars.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor customer needs, and maintain accurate sales forecasts, demand planning information, pipeline updates, and customer activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal planning, production, R&D, customer service, finance, and marketing teams to support customer requirements and drive business growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally 5+ years in specialty chemical sales, with experience in water-based formulations preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand customer needs.
  • Proven territory and time management skills, including planning customer visits, prioritizing activities, and independently managing a regional sales territory.
  • Ability to use Salesforce consistently to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and prioritize accounts effectively.
  • Strong customer advocacy skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, account potential, and business priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed and work independently in a remote environment.

If you enjoy building customer partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities, and turning technical solutions into measurable sales growth, we’d like to hear from you. Apply today and take ownership of your next sales challenge!
