Company: Florida's Best Water Treatment Company has helped homeowners improve the quality of their water for more than 60 years.
Position: Field Marketing Team Leader-Build a door to door field marketing team. All recruiting is done for you! You will interview, hire, train motivate and manage door to door field marketers to canvass neighborhoods speak with homeowners educating them and developing interest in having their water tested, then scheduling Free water quality tests. All field marketing will be conducted in Broward County 5 to 6 days per week.
Qualifications:
• Experienced building and managing field marketers in home improvements or a related industry
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door field marketers
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training daily
• Develop field marketing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help field marketers improve results
Compensation:
•Earn $100K-$175K (Salary ,Appointment and Sale Bonuses)
