What you will do:

• Building out scalable financial processes across FP&A and business analytics
• Owning analysis of key metrics like patient engagement, visit economics, and reimbursement trends
• Working directly with cross-functional leaders to shape capital and investment decisions
• Drive operational discipline through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide financial analysis to evaluate commercial deals and partnerships
• Surface risks and opportunities through deep dives into partner performance and visit economics
• Help prepare materials for leadership and Board-level financial reviews

What you have done:

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or a related role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including managing complex logic and advanced functions
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, BigQuery)
• Experience with dimensional modeling in FP&A platform (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Cube, Mosaic)
• Ability to translate messy data into clear financial conclusions
