True Spin Dental is seeking a motivated Field Marketing Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Austin area.

In this role, you will visit local dental offices, introduce our dental handpiece repair services, build professional relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with people, and representing a growing business.

No dental experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dental practices throughout the Austin area to introduce True Spin Dental’s services.
• Build positive relationships with dental office managers, receptionists, and dental professionals.
• Explain the benefits of our services and generate interest from prospective customers.
• Collect contact information and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Share qualified leads with the sales team for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of office visits, conversations, and follow-up activities.
• Represent the company professionally while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable approaching new people.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, brand promotion, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily visits.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required.
