Director of Field Enablement — Scale GTM & Revenue

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Field Enablement in San Francisco to lead scalable enablement programs across Sales, Customer Experience, and GTM teams. You will partner with executive leadership to raise the bar on revenue enablement and driving predictable outcomes.

You will own onboarding, certification, and continuous learning mechanisms, build scalable content, and define metrics tied to ramp time and win rates, while hiring and guiding a high-performing enablement team.
