Growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily service needs of clients.
- Performs renewal reviews thoroughly and timely and makes coverage recommendations.
- Assures that all pertinent data is properly input in the computer upon binding.
- Prepares renewal proposals.
- Rounds out existing accounts and cross sells to client other services provided by the agency.
- Makes sure management system is documented.
- In coordination with producer, meets with clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Must be P&C licensed in New York.
- Experience with Epic or HawkSoft agency management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Remain current on insurance knowledge and various industry developments.
