Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the digital presence of our four unique brands. The role involves ongoing website maintenance/updates, utilizing CRM tools for customer engagement and email marketing campaigns, and taking the lead on various digital platforms.

Major goals for this role include, but are not limited to, increasing UX across all brand websites, improving customer engagement via email and social platforms, and reporting out on campaigns with appropriate analytics in a concise, visual format. Brand consistency is extremely important for all aspects of this position. This role will also be responsible for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Website Maintenance and Optimization
  • Oversee and manage the websites for all five brands, ensuring they are updated, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Leverage customer data to personalize email content, making messages more relevant and increasing engagement rates.
  • Handle subscriber data, managing opt-ins and opt-outs, and maintaining list hygiene.
  • Set up and manage automated email workflows, including a welcome series and trigger emails based on user behavior.
  • Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CASL)
  • CRM Data Management
  • Enforce & communicate clear guidelines for how leads should be entered into the CRM to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide training to the sales team on best practices for data entry, CRM functionalities, and the importance of maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ensure data compliance, making sure that data management practices comply with relevant data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CASL).
  • Regularly assess CRM systems for potential upgrades or improvements that could enhance data management and usability.
  • Content Marketing: Create compelling content for social media, emails, and other digital channels to drive engagement and sales.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.

Required skills and qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role.

Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Experience with multiple brands across multiple digital platforms a plus.

Website maintenance and management with proven SEO experience.

CRM management and best practices for data entry.

Email marketing with automated campaigns.

Analytics and reporting for digital tools on website and social media platforms.

Active with new and upcoming digital tools and platforms.

Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas, or Figma.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, with a strong desire to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
