Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist – NetSuite

Location: Remote (Only EST/CST time zones)

Duration: FTE

Salary: $65-70k Annually + benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to support sales operations, manage sales orders, maintain accurate customer data across multiple platforms, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, approvals, order changes, and shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records and sales data in NetSuite, CRM, and other platforms.
• Prepare Excel reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Assist with trade show research, planning, and logistics.
• Support sales leadership with administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and reporting.
• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or order management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• HubSpot and Power BI experience are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
