Company Description Forza Logistics Group is a freight brokerage and logistics partner built by people who grew up in this industry. Our leadership has spent careers on both the shipper and carrier side, so we know what it costs when a load falls through. We’d rather be the broker that shows up than the one with the lowest quote. We move freight across the country, with deep strength in Florida lanes. We’re growing fast, and carrier relationships are the core of how we keep our promises to shippers.

Role Description The Carrier Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for developing and managing carrier relationships to support refrigerated and high-value freight operations. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding carriers, negotiating rates and contractual terms, and matching carrier capacity with customer freight requirements. The role involves monitoring load status, resolving service issues, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery through consistent follow-up with carriers and internal teams. The Carrier Sales Manager collaborates with account managers and operations staff to optimize lanes, improve carrier performance, and support the company’s standards for security, reliability, and service quality.

  • Experience in carrier sales with a well-established portfolio of carriers, particularly in the reefer segment.

  • Background in Account Management with the ability to build, maintain, and grow carrier partnerships.

  • Demonstrated negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
