What they are looking for in a candidate:

– Site leadership in a very technical, regulated fabrication/ assembly product environment

– Aerospace/ Defense preferred

– Multisite preferred (supports succession and growth planning)

– A builder who seeks rapid growth, low bureaucracy environments

– Embraces artificial intelligence (AI) tools and new technologies

– Able to have DoD clearance. Ie a “US person”

– Engineering degree; graduate technical / MBA preferred
