Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Analyst / VP opportunity with a premier $100B+ AUM alternative asset manager focused on structured credit. This represents an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing Big 4 auditor with a strong academic background to transition into FP&A and gain direct exposure to financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis within a leading investment firm.

COMPENSATION:

Base: $125,000–$165,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

Bonus: 15%–30%

Commensurate with experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of a new financial reporting and forecasting platform leveraging Workday Finance and emerging technology.

• Utilize financial data to provide timely, actionable insights to senior management and support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and review comprehensive financial reporting packages for lenders, rating agencies, and other external stakeholders.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis related to the firm’s capital structure, liquidity, and financing activities.

• Partner with senior leadership across Finance and other business functions on various strategic initiatives.
