This high-visibility position will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership, and business-unit leaders. The ideal candidate should have proven, senior-level leadership experience in corporate FP&A, coming from a Commercial Services industry with heavy recurring revenue. They should have experience working within a fast-paced PE-backed environment and demonstrated experience owning high-level reporting to senior leaders and the board. This will be a wonderful opportunity for a long-term career in Finance with an established and growing organization.

WHERE YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Serve as a principal FP&A advisor to the CFO, CEO, executive team, ownership, and business-unit leaders, influencing enterprise strategy and financial performance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management, improving forecast accuracy, accountability, and visibility into business results.
  • Deliver clear, reliable executive reporting and analysis that identifies performance trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Evaluate revenue, customer retention and churn, pricing, service margins, project economics, productivity, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for improved profitability.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations on pricing, resource allocation, business-unit performance, and strategic initiatives; support M&A analysis and financial diligence as needed.
  • Strengthen financial oversight of recurring-service and project-based revenue, including installation or implementation economics and related billing considerations.
  • Lead FP&A systems, data, and reporting improvements, including ERP/CRM integration and process automation, while prioritizing practical, scalable solutions.
  • Develop and lead the FP&A team, strengthening analytical capabilities, business partnership, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

THE EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS

  • 10+ years of Corporate FP&A experience, with leadership responsibility in a complex, multi-business-line organization.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience with both recurring-revenue and project-based business models; familiarity with SaaS or service economics, including churn, retention, pricing, and margins.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and operational leaders, translating financial analysis into sound business decisions.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, investor-owned, or similarly performance-driven environment strongly preferred; M&A exposure is beneficial.
  • Strong systems and data capabilities, including ERP, CRM, planning, and analytics platforms. NetSuite and Salesforce experience is helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
