Sr. Account Manager – Audiovisual Events Production & Staging

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Sales

We are currently working with one of the top Pro AV production and staging companies in the world, specializing in live events, corporate conferences, trade shows, large-scale conventions, and brand activations (ie. Disney, Microsoft, Marvel, National Governments).

We are seeking an Sr. Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships. This is a relationship-focused role responsible for client retention, renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand services within an assigned portfolio of accounts. There are no territories, national and international clients are on the books, and OTE is a minimum of $150k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, re-bookings, and long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
• Partner with operations and production teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Conduct client check-ins and post-event follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, account activity, and renewal timelines.
• Identify at-risk accounts and support retention strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams during client transitions.

Requirements:

• 3‚Äì5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-based sales.
• Required experience in Pro AV, live events, rentals and staging, audiovisual production.
• Proven ability to retain and grow existing client accounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing recurring or multi-event client engagements.
• Knowledge of AV production terminology, including LED walls, staging, rigging, broadcast, and lighting.
