Product Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Title: Product Marketing Specialist

Location: Basking Ridge NJ 3x a week, 2 days remote

Duration: 4 month contract + extensions through all of 2027 (rolling contract)

Rate: 35-50HR

• 2+ years experience in Product Marketing
• Experience using AI productivity tools (esp within Google environment, such as Gemini or Notebook LM).
• Experience understanding full product portfolio and working with communication teams
• Product portfolio marketing strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in B2B/Enterprise telecommunications, product marketing, sales operations, or product management.
• Deep proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, macros) to analyze promotional and customer sales data.
• Practical experience using JIRA (creating tickets, tracking projects, managing dashboards) and strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer-facing tools, sales enablement content, and executive presentations.
