Business Development Manager – Payments Platforms

Seeking a Business Development Manager who will support the team in managing service providers, fintechs, and new inquiries regarding B2B payments platforms.

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, customer success, growth operations, product marketing, or market-facing program execution.
• MUST have 5+ years of experience in payments services.
• Knowledge of the U.S. payments environment, including banks, credit unions, service providers, fintechs, processors, corporates and financial institution technology partners.
• Technology proficiency, including familiarity with APIs, ISO 20022 concepts, payment network connectivity, fintech platforms, payment hubs, or similar payment technology environments.
• Strong writing, presentation, research and project execution skills, with ability to create clear client-facing and internal materials.
• Experience using CRM software to manage partner activity and account plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Comfort using approved AI and digital productivity tools.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Familiarity with real-time funds transfer, service provider onboarding processes and readiness, and corporate payment needs.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing or Commercialization teams.
• Experience supporting industry events, webinars, or other partner engagement programs.
• Familiarity with competitor analysis, market research and customer feedback programs.
