iWorld Professionals is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Account Manager for our national food manufacturing client with an office in West Palm Beach Florida. Salary: $80,000–$95,000 plus performance bonus opportunity.
If you are a Sales Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, growing existing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, then this is the role for you! In this role, you will manage an assigned customer portfolio, identify new sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and help customers find products that meet their business needs. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers, meeting sales volume targets and monitoring purchases against contract commitments.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, responsive service, and effective issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to introduce products, expand existing business, and secure spot sales.
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and partner with an Account Executive on new contracts and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, operations, finance, and logistics to coordinate production, scheduling, and delivery.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Sales Account Manager Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with demonstrated success
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service and careful attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
