JAMES PERSE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Madison location. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, ensure customer service excellence, manage staffing, training, and visual standards, and drive store performance.
The role emphasizes coaching, client development, and local market knowledge to grow sales while upholding brand values. Previous supervisory retail experience is required, with strong communication and leadership skills.
