Job Description
Our client is a growing RIA seeking a Financial Planning Lead to support the delivery of comprehensive financial planning services to HNW clients. This individual will serve as a key technical planning resource for advisors, helping develop financial plans, address complex planning needs, and maintain consistent planning standards across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive financial plans and analyses for high-net-worth clients.
- Support financial advisors in identifying planning opportunities and developing tailored recommendations.
- Serve as an internal resource for complex financial planning questions and strategies.
- Assist with client meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-up items.
- Collaborate with advisors and client service teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality planning experience.
- Help develop and improve financial planning processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active CFP certification required.
- Strong technical knowledge of comprehensive financial planning and experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
