Client Success Manager, Kan Agency (Remote)

Kan Agency turns long-form content into viral short-form clips for podcasters, creators and public figures, and we have 30+ active clients. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to own the client relationship from onboarding through renewal, so our clients stay happy, get results and keep renewing.

What you’ll do

– Onboard new clients by running kickoff calls, collecting their assets and preferences, and setting up their workspace in ClickUp

– Act as each client’s main point of contact on Slack and run weekly or biweekly check-ins

– Handle feedback, revision requests and approvals, and pass them clearly to our editing team

– Track client performance (views and growth) and share wins and recaps with clients

– Own renewals by spotting clients who might leave early and flagging upsell opportunities

– Keep client resource docs and processes up to date

What we’re looking for

– 1+ years in client success, account management or agency work, ideally in content, social media or creative

– Excellent written English and a calm, confident tone with upset clients

– Very organized, with experience in ClickUp, Asana or a similar tool

– You understand short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and what makes a clip perform

– Proactive, so you fix problems before the client notices them

Details

– Remote, with overlap with US Pacific hours

– Pay: (Base Salary + 3% revenue oer client), plus bonuses tied to client retention

– Reports to the CEO
