Group Marketing Manager
LAM Ryan Hospitality Group
Job Overview
LAM Ryan Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Group Marketing Manager to oversee marketing execution and drive business growth across our restaurant and hospitality concepts.
Working closely with our Creative Marketing Director and property teams, you will turn brand and creative strategy into coordinated campaigns that attract new guests, encourage repeat visits, and support revenue growth. You will manage marketing calendars, email marketing, paid advertising, website updates, partnerships, budgets, and performance reporting while respecting the distinct identity of each property.
Our Creative Marketing Director leads brand positioning, storytelling, visual identity, and creative direction. This role brings the commercial strategy, initiative, and follow-through needed to translate that work into measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Creative Marketing Director and leadership team on annual marketing strategy, quarterly planning, campaign priorities, launches, and budgets.
- Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to each property’s goals, audience, and business needs.
- Own marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign coordination, ensuring assets, approvals, and launches stay on track.
- Identify opportunities to grow reservations, private events, repeat visits, and other revenue streams across the group.
- Manage email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM), including audience segmentation, automated campaigns, guest acquisition, and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels, coordinating with outside agencies or specialists as needed.
- Coordinate campaign rollout across email, social media, websites, and paid media in partnership with the Creative Marketing Director.
- Maintain accurate, current website content and digital listings, including menus, hours, events, and reservation links.
- Improve website visibility and conversion through SEO, local search, and a clear path from campaign engagement to booking or purchase.
- Coordinate PR initiatives, community partnerships, and promotional opportunities that fit each concept.
- Work closely with general managers and property teams to identify needs, gather information, and ensure campaigns align with operational readiness.
- Track marketing budgets, spending, vendor invoices, and campaign costs.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide clear reporting on campaign results, guest engagement, conversions, and return on investment.
- Use performance insights to recommend improvements and bring forward new opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across email, paid advertising, websites, and social media.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle brands, or a business with multiple locations preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple campaigns moving.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, SEO, and website content management systems.
- Ability to interpret performance data, manage budgets, and connect marketing activity to business results.
- Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, PR partners, and internal teams.
- Sound judgment around brand consistency and the ability to work within established creative direction.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, e-commerce platforms, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A proactive approach: you anticipate needs, propose solutions, and take ownership from planning through completion.
- An appreciation for food, beverage, and hospitality, with attention to the details that shape the guest experience.
Who You Are
You combine commercial thinking with strong execution. You are comfortable moving between campaign planning, performance analysis, and day-to-day coordination. You understand how to support distinct brands within one hospitality group and build productive relationships with both creative and operational teams.
You bring ideas forward, follow through on commitments, and care about marketing that reflects the quality of the experience we deliver to our guests.
