Overview

Established independent RIA seeks a Chief Growth Officer to lead the firm's organic growth efforts and build a repeatable growth engine across the advisory team.

Partner closely with the founder to deploy a proven value creation and organic growth playbook to grow AUM and EBITDA and professionalize operations.

Highlights

  • 2x organic growth within three to five years using a combination of share of wallet, pricing, marketing, referrals/COIs, technology, and new client acquisition.
  • Coach and develop advisors to strengthen business-development, pipeline management, and closing capabilities
  • Personally drive new business while helping build a repeatable and scalable growth engine
  • Establish goals, track performance, and create accountability around the firm's growth objectives
  • Long-term opportunity to expand responsibilities as the business evolves

Requirements

  • Demonstrated business-development or sales success
  • Wealth-management industry knowledge or meaningful exposure to the RIA/private-wealth ecosystem
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • High intellectual curiosity and ability to operate beyond a narrowly defined role
