Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth scenarios
• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers impacting financial performance
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting
• Partner closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial actuals and forecasts
• Support executive- and board-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other business leaders
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to enhance financial visibility
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
• Support and improve FP&A processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
• 4–10+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Prior experience in growth-oriented environments preferred
