LHH is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our client to serve as the company’s first dedicated marketing leader.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and partnering closely with executive leadership, you’ll own the entire marketing function and be responsible for driving awareness, demand generation, and growth within a targeted healthcare market.
This is a true player-coach position. Rather than managing a large internal team, you’ll leverage external partners, AI-powered tools, and existing brand resources to execute marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable building programs from the ground up, developing strategy, creating content, managing campaigns, and measuring results.
Ideal Background
- 4-8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Healthcare, behavioral health, health tech, or healthcare services experience strongly preferred
- Experience developing and executing demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns
- Strong content, messaging, and brand positioning skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience utilizing AI tools and marketing technology to scale output efficiently
- Ability to partner directly with executive leadership and influence business strategy
Why This Role Stands Out
- First true marketing hire with significant ownership and visibility
- Opportunity to build and shape the marketing function
- Direct access to executive leadership, including the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer
- Blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution
- Strong growth potential as the organization continues to expand
