LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to support customer accounts within a fast-paced, technology-driven supply chain environment. This position blends customer support, logistics operations, systems, and problem-solving to help drive efficient operations and a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for customer accounts and provide responsive, reliable support.
• Monitor daily supply chain activity and resolve operational or system-related issues.
• Analyze challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Turn customer needs into system, workflow, reporting, or process improvements.
• Maintain accurate data, system configurations, user access, and documentation.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers and vendors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Identify ways to automate workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall performance.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or a technology-enabled service environment.
• Exposure to third-party logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain visibility, or logistics management systems.
• Experience with system configuration, user administration, reporting, SQL, or data analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. xavwley
• Experience supporting customer accounts with complex operational needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is plus
