Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A function, including team development, financial modeling, reporting standards, and analytical processes.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on business performance, resource allocation, and financial strategy.
• Own the annual budgeting and recurring forecasting processes across multiple business units.
• Manage consolidated financial reporting, executive reporting packages, and detailed variance analysis of key operational and financial drivers.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support acquisitions, growth opportunities, business integrations, cost initiatives, and workforce planning.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, liquidity planning, and other treasury-related activities.
• Partner with operational and revenue-focused teams to analyze business performance, revenue trends, collections, and key financial variances.
• Coordinate financial reporting and information requests for ownership, lenders, and other key stakeholders, including covenant compliance requirements.
• Support external audit, tax, and technical accounting activities while coordinating with outside auditors and advisors. xuwmhxw
• Drive improvements to financial processes, internal controls, reporting, and technology to increase efficiency and support continued organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of FP&A experience
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally at the Senior Director or VP level
• Healthcare experience required
