Job Description:
Seeking a Digital Account Manager II to serve as the primary liaison between client teams, agency partners, creative teams, digital teams, and external vendors. This role will manage day-to-day client relationships while coordinating digital projects from intake and requirements gathering through development, approvals, production, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Coordinate digital/web projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, portals, mobile applications, and interactive assets.
Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Partner with creative, project management, digital, BTS, Medical/Regulatory/Legal, and external agency teams.
Communicate project updates, risks, timeline changes, and budget concerns to stakeholders.
Proactively identify issues and drive resolution.
Review deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements, client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Support project estimates, forecasting, billing, and annual scope development.
Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced agency environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3–6 years of Account Management / Client Management experience, preferably in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Website/digital project experience required.
Experience managing clients, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of digital project workflows from intake through deployment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and priorities.
Preferred :
Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated-industry experience.
Digital/creative agency experience.
Experience with MLR/Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance workflows.
Experience with digital marketing platforms.
