About:
As a Minnesota Wire valued team member, you have the opportunity to create “Life Saving Connections” through the products we manufacture in the medical, aerospace and military markets.
Picture yourself at one of the nation’s most innovative companies, surrounded by others who support, challenge and inspire greatness not only for their products but also their employees.
We strive to be inclusive of each teammate’s individual skills, talents, and ideas in our fast-changing environment. We believe in the overall health and well-being of our employees. Along with competitive wages, we offer several programs to support our entire team.
Role:
Minnesota Wire builds custom wire, cable, and interconnect assemblies that go into life-saving medical devices, aircraft, and defense systems. This role exists to grow that customer base. You will find, win, and launch new OEM customers and new programs in Medical, Aerospace & Defense, and Industrial markets.
This is a full-cycle role: you open the door and you close the deal. It is not a lead-generation or hand-off seat. Your success is measured by closed new revenue you bring in, not by orders that arrive on their own. Existing account service is handled by customer service and program management; you hand off won programs once they reach steady production.

· Work with engineering, quality, quoting, purchasing, and scheduling to deliver first articles and a
clean handoff to program management

harnesses, interconnect or EMS strongly preferred.
