As Senior Communications Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping communications strategies, building impressive media relationships, and serving as a trusted partner to clients. You’ll have the opportunity to lead exciting campaigns, develop standout ideas, and mentor junior talent while working alongside a passionate team of beauty communications experts.

The Role:

• Lead exciting communications programs for a portfolio of beauty and lifestyle clients
• Build and nurture standout relationships across beauty, lifestyle, and cultural media
• Develop creative PR concepts and strategic campaigns designed to generate meaningful buzz Partner with clients and internal teams to bring ambitious ideas from concept through execution Guide and support junior team members while helping foster a collaborative, high-performing team
• Contribute your expertise to new business opportunities, pitches, and broader agency initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

• 6+ years of experience in PR and communications, ideally within the beauty space
• Strong understanding of the US beauty, media, influencer, and cultural landscape
• Established relationships with relevant beauty and lifestyle media
• Confident communicator with exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Strategic thinker who can turn cultural insights and trends into creative PR opportunities
• Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic recommendations
• Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Commercially minded with experience overseeing budgets and identifying opportunities for account growth

Location: New York, NY

Salary: Up to $110,000, depending on experience
