- Lead creative strategy and testing for your campaigns, partnering with creative and production teams to develop strong concepts and a steady pipeline of ads.
- Build structured tests across concepts, hooks, formats, messaging, audiences, and landing pages; turn results into actionable learnings for future campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that support revenue growth and efficient acquisition.
- Research consumers, competitors, and the beauty landscape to identify customer needs, questions, and pain points that can inform marketing strategy and creative.
- Connect acquisition results to the customer experience—including product expectations, feedback, returns, satisfaction, and repeat purchase—to support sustainable growth.
- Monitor platform changes, market trends, and emerging growth opportunities, and bring relevant recommendations to the team.
- Partner with Analytics and senior management to improve reporting, measurement, data integrity, and attribution.
- Work cross-functionally to keep campaigns moving, align creative and media plans, and resolve execution challenges.
- Identify ways to improve team workflows and processes, helping the Growth Marketing team execute efficiently and learn faster.
- Share clear performance updates and recommendations with the VP of Growth Marketing and relevant partners.
Your Background
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, DTC, or a high-caliber strategic or operational role, with a track record of driving measurable business results.
- Backgrounds in finance, consulting, or other high-velocity operational roles are preferred.
- Expertise in performance marketing, paid social, and creative strategy is a major plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into practical decisions that improve growth and profitability.
- A strategic and creative thinker who pairs fresh ideas with rigorous analysis and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the business.
- Highly organized and methodical, with the ability to prioritize and move multiple initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership in a changing, high-growth business.
