Overwatch | Denver, CO

Full-time | Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 + performance bonus

Overwatch provides proactive video monitoring and IP camera solutions for commercial and multifamily properties. We’re looking for an outgoing, creative person to help build our presence in Denver—someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating engaging social content.

You’ll be a local face of Overwatch, connecting with property managers, owners, and industry partners while showing how our solutions help them address security challenges.

What you’ll do

• Visit commercial and multifamily properties, introduce Overwatch, and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Represent Overwatch at networking events, industry gatherings, and local association meetings.
• Identify potential customers and coordinate qualified meetings with our sales team.
• Create short videos, photos, and social posts that explain our services and highlight our activity in the market.
• Manage a consistent social content calendar, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.
• Track contacts, follow-ups, and opportunities in our CRM.
• Work with our sales and operations teams to learn the technology and communicate its value clearly.

What we’re looking for

• A personable, proactive communicator who enjoys starting conversations and following through.
• Comfortable representing a company in person and on camera.
• Strong writing skills and experience creating social content, including basic video editing.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn about property security and video monitoring.
• Based in the Denver area and able to travel regularly throughout the local market.

This is an early-career opportunity. Recent graduates and candidates with experience in property operations, leasing, hospitality, sales, marketing, or campus leadership are encouraged to apply. A college degree and prior security industry experience are not required.

Compensation and support

• Base salary of $55,000–$60,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
• Target annual performance bonus of $5,000–$10,000.
• Training on Overwatch’s services and ongoing coaching from our team.
• Opportunities to grow as we expand our presence in Denver.
